Custom Orders
All custom‑made items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable. Because each custom shirt is created specifically for you, I cannot accept returns due to size, color preference, or design changes after the order is placed.
However, if I made a mistake such as the wrong size, wrong design, wrong color, or a misprint I will gladly exchange the item at no cost to you. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue so I can make it right.

Non‑Custom Items
Non‑custom products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery as long as they are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of cancellation request, with funds typically returning to your original payment method (credit/debit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution.
